Grapefruit Yogurt To Go

Layer chopped Florida Grapefruit with vanilla Greek yogurt and your favorite toppings for a delicious, portable snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

½ Florida Grapefruit, chopped
1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt

Optional Ingredients:

¼ cup coconut chips
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. white chocolate bark, chopped
1 tbsp. maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1: Fill a small Mason jar with alternating layers of chopped Florida Grapefruit and vanilla Greek yogurt.

Step 2: Add your favorite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup.

Step 3: Seal with the lid for a portable snack or quick breakfast.
