Orange Hummus Plate
Ingredients
1 cup Florida Orange Juice
2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. coarse salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley, optional
Preparation
1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients except parsley.
2. Process until smooth, stopping and scraping the sides of the bowl several times. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve Citrus Hummus with pita chips and assorted fresh vegetables such as pea pods, baby carrots and miniature bell peppers.
