Citrus Sparkler Mocktail
Ingredients
For Orange Syrup
- Zest of 1 Florida Orange (no pith)
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 oz. Florida Orange Juice
- 1 1/2 oz. Florida Tangerine Juice
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 2 drops orange flower water*
- 2 oz. club soda, chilled
- Ice
- Florida Orange Slice
- Lime Slice
Preparation

For Mocktail:
1. Prepare in advance. Combine Florida Orange zest, sugar and hot water and stir to dissolve sugar. Cover and let sit overnight at room temperature.
2. Strain and discard zest; cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Citrus Sparkler Mocktail
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Florida Orange juice, Florida Tangerine juice, ¾ oz. prepared Orange Syrup, lime juice, orange flower water and ice.
2. Shake and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with Florida Orange slice and lime slice.
