The combination of Florida Orange Juice, apples, and cucumbers is packed with fiber and vitamin C, which may support a healthy heart and help achieve a healthier weight.
- ½ cup Florida Orange Juice
- ½ small apple, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- Ice, optional
Instructions
- Combine Florida Orange Juice, apple, cucumber, ginger, and turmeric in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve as is or over ice if desired.
