Orange Hummus Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients except parsley.
  2. Process until smooth, stopping and scraping the sides of the bowl several times. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.

Serving Suggestion: Serve Citrus Hummus with pita chips and assorted fresh vegetables such as pea pods, baby carrots and miniature bell peppers.
