Frozen Greek Yogurt with Citrus Fruit Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup burgundy wine
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek frozen yogurt
  • ¼ cup ground pistachios

Preparation

1. Combine the Florida Orange Juice, raspberries, wine and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely.
2. Divide the frozen yogurt equally into 4 bowls.
3. Spoon the Citrus Fruit Topping mixture over the yogurt and sprinkle the pistachios on top
